OMNIA HOLDINGS LIMITED

Omnia Holdings is listed on the JSE Limited in the Chemicals sector. It is a diversified, specialist chemical services company providing customised solutions in the chemicals, mining and agriculture markets and holds 90% of Omnia Group (Pty) Ltd.

SAKHILE INVESTMENTS

“Sakhile”, a black empowered company, acquired a 10% stake in Omnia Group (Pty) Ltd, effective 1 April 2008. Sakhile is 100% owned by Omnia’s employees, and provides a meaningful and sustainable transaction to embrace broad-based BEE in South Africa.

SAKHILE 2

Sakhile 2 was created in 2009 with the intentionof retaining senior black employees as well as attracting talented black individuals to join the Group.

NANOTRON

Nanotron was created in 2009 and has the specific aim of offering a limited group of the top management the opportunity to participate in the share ownership of the Group.
